Mat Pilates Classes

A low-impact workout focused on core strength, posture, flexibility, and control. Slow, intentional movements help improve stability and mobility while leaving you feeling stronger and more balanced.

Strength Classes

A full-body strength workout using bands and light weights to build strength, stability, and endurance. Expect controlled movements, high reps, and a supportive atmosphere with a feel-good burn.

The perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Start with a high-energy ride to build endurance, then move to the mat for strength-focused exercises using weights, bands, and bodyweight movements.

Bike Bootcamp

Full Body Mat Barre Burn

A low-impact, full-body sculpting workout targeting glutes, thighs, core, and upper body. Expect deep pulses, controlled movements, and high-energy bursts that leave you feeling strong, toned, and energized.
